Alpinestars is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return window for all premium technical gear and apparel in its original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our system and include the packing slip inside your return box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original Alpinestars packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
